QUILT CORSET – FINAL EDITION
Handmade in Hawai‘i | Numbered 1–4
Made from the final scraps of the quilt gown worn by Te Ao o Hinepehinga at the Chief of War red carpet and debuted at Hawaii Swim Show, this small run of corsets carries the story of that dress forward in a new form. Each corset is entirely handmade and stitched with the same care and attention to detail as the original gown. Each piece will be made to your custom measurements to ensure the perfect fit.
Only four exist. Each is slightly different, reflecting the nature of handwork and the limitations of the salvaged fabric. Once they’re gone, they will never be recreated.
Details
Hand-pieced and quilted from the final remnants of the yellow quilt dress
Structured corset silhouette with adjustable lacing
Fully lined for comfort and longevity
Made in Hawai‘i
Edition Notes
Limited to four total pieces
Individually numbered (1/4 – 4/4)
